For many years, Vindija has been producing goat's milk from the hills of the highest quality. Due to the seasonal nature of production, this extremely healthy food accounts for only 2 percent of world milk production, but in the last twenty years its consumption has been growing steadily. Goat's milk is a source of high-quality and easily digestible proteins. The quality of goat's milk is the result of many years of experience in the dairy profession and active participation in the development of Croatian goat breeding. As it is a seasonal product, goat's milk from the hills, as well as the food in which it is found, are available during the winter months in limited quantities.
