InstructionsSeed bread recipe (oven preparation): Add 430 ml lukewarm water, 22 g fresh yeast and 12 g salt to 500 g gluten-free seed bread mix and mix well into a homogeneous dough using a kitchen mixer or by hand. Grease a baking tin with oil and place the prepared dough in it. Cover the dough with oiled foil and let it rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for about 45 minutes.
