InstructionsIt is best cooked in combination with millet, quinoa or rice with occasional stirring so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pot. It can also be prepared on its own as a porridge. You can also bake it on a hot pan or in a pot like popcorn, and add it to muesli, various fruit and vegetable salads or desserts. Cooking ratio: 1 and a half cups of water to one cup of amaranth. Cook for about 30 minutes.
