InstructionsRecipe for baked bell peppers: In a large frying pan, fry the garlic in olive oil. Add the gluten-free breadcrumbs and sea salt and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring constantly. Set aside to cool. Brush the halved and cleaned bell peppers with olive oil and salt. Place on baking paper with the cut side facing down. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes until the peppers are slightly browned. Stuff the warm peppers with goat cheese and prepared breadcrumbs. Finally, season with salt and add rosemary.
