Preparation suggestion (for 160 g of product): cooking in water: cook in 500 ml of boiling water for 4-6 minutes after the water boils./Steaming: cook covered for 3 minutes./In the microwave: cook for 4 minutes at 700 W in an open container with the addition of 3 tablespoons of water. Season to taste.
