InstructionsRemove the upper protective strip on the plug. Press the top of the stopper firmly to allow the Cedevita beads to fall into the water, then shake. Unscrew the cap and the prepared Cedevita drink can be drunk. One drink per day is recommended for children and adults. Adults can take up to three drinks.
