InstructionsPIZZA, FOCACCIÓ AND SANDWICHES RECIPE - Ingredients: 500 g BaneSi Coop bread mix, 20 g fresh brewer's yeast, 300 g water, 30 g extra virgin olive oil. Preparation: Place all ingredients in a large bowl and knead by hand for 5-6 minutes. Shape the dough into a ball and let it rest, covered with plastic wrap, for 15 minutes. Divide the dough into pieces of the desired weight, shaping into pizza, focaccia or rolls, and flour them with rice flour. Let the dough rise at room temperature for about 90-120 minutes in a baking dish, making sure to cover with plastic wrap or grease the surface with oil. Preheat the oven to maximum temperature. Spray the surface with plenty of water or grease with oil; bake at 200 °C with the fan on for about 15 minutes. RECIPE FOR SLICED BREAD - Ingredients: 500 g BeneSi Coop bread mix, 20 g fresh brewer's yeast. 300 g water, 30 g extra virgin olive oil. Preparation: Place all ingredients in a large bowl and knead by hand for 5-6 minutes. Pour 400 g of dough into a narrow 20x10x6 cm mold and let it rise at room temperature for about 90-120 minutes, covering it with cling film. Preheat the oven to maximum temperature. Spray the surface with plenty of water; bake at 200 °C with the fan on for about 25 minutes.
