InstructionsHeat a little oil or margarine in a pan, add the frozen Coop mozzarella balls, a few at a time, to maintain a constant oil temperature. Fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes, turning often and gently, until golden brown. Leave to dry on paper towels and serve after 2 minutes. IN THE FRYER: Heat the oil to 180°C, add the frozen Coop mozzarella balls and fry for about 2 minutes, until golden brown. Leave to dry on paper towels and serve after 2 minutes.
