Instructions450 g turkey with herbs 1.8-2.4 L water Pinch of salt (optional) A little oil or butter (optional) Preparing the ingredients: Bring the water to a boil and add a pinch of salt and a little oil or butter. The ratio of turkey to water is 1:4 or 1:5, depending on whether you want a thicker or thinner puree with herbs. Adding the turkey: Once the water boils, gradually pour the puree into the water. Stir constantly to avoid lumps. Cooking the turkey: Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue stirring the puree with herbs for 3 minutes until it thickens. Serving: Remove the puree from the heat and let it cool slightly before serving. You can serve it as a side dish with various sauces, vegetables or meat. Store the prepared puree with herbs in the refrigerator
