Made from pork with the addition of mild, selected spices. It has a firmer texture and finer grain, which makes it easy to cut into thin slices. When serving, it is cut into slices approx. 1 mm thick. The fine taste of winter salami is best expressed with fresh, crisp white bread and spicy cheese.

Pork, salt, dextrose, spices, spice extracts, smoke flavor, antioxidant; ascorbic acid, preservative; potassium nitrate, culture starter. Cover surface treated with preservative: potassium sorbate. 100 g of product obtained by drying 170 g of fresh pork.
