Made from pork with the addition of mild, selected spices. It has a firmer texture and finer granules, which makes it easy to cut into thin slices. When serving, it is cut into slices approximately 1mm thick. The delicate flavor of winter salami is best enjoyed with fresh, crispy white bread and spicy cheese.

Pork, salt, dextrose, spices, spice extracts, smoke flavor, antioxidant; ascorbic acid, preservative; potassium nitrate, culture starter. Cover surface treated with preservative: potassium sorbate. 100 g of product obtained by drying 170 g of fresh pork.
