It is prepared without cooking. It is enough to mix only with 800 ml of milk. The cream should be immediately spread on the baked puff pastry crust and covered with another crust. Delicious vanilla cream combined with puff pastry will not leave anyone indifferent.

InstructionsAdd 800 ml of cold milk and 2 crusts of baked puff pastry. Preparation: 1. Bake 2 sheets of puff pastry, 20x25 cm (for thicker custards) or 25x30 cm (for thinner ones). 2. Pour 800 ml of cold milk into a mixing bowl and add the cream powder. 3. Stir with an electric mixer first on the lowest, then 3 minutes on the highest speed. 4. Pour the cream on the crust of the puff pastry, flatten the surface and the sides, then cover with another crust of puff pastry, which you previously cut into cubes. 5. Leave in the fridge for 3 hours, sprinkle with powdered sugar and slice.
