Instructions1. In a large pot, boil 3l of water with 3kg of sugar. Stir occasionally to dissolve all the sugar. Allow to cool. 2. Dip the washed elder flowers in still lukewarm water. Add Lemon Special for elderberry syrup. Leave to stand for 24 hours. 3. Strain the syrup and pour into pre-washed glass bottles. Keep in a cool, dark place.
