InstructionsOven: Place baking paper on a baking tray and place the frozen breaded fish sticks on it. Bake the products in a preheated oven at the top level at 230°C for about 15 minutes without fan or at the middle level at 220°C for 13-15 minutes with fan on, turning once after 10 minutes of baking. Frying pan (for 5 sticks): Dip the breaded fish sticks without defrosting halfway into hot oil and fry for about 5-8 minutes in the pan, turning once during frying. Adjust the amount of oil and frying time to the amount of product you are preparing. Remove the fried product from the oil and place on a kitchen paper towel to remove excess fat. Make sure that the product is fully cooked before consumption.
