InstructionsGradually pour the contents of the bag into 2.2 L of boiling water to which you have previously added salt and fat if desired (butter, margarine, lard). Cook, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes. When cooking, the ratio of polenta and water is 1: 3 or 1: 4, depending on whether you want thicker or thinner polenta. You can serve cooked polenta as a side dish with milk, cheese, goulash, paprikash, brodet and similar dishes. Instant cornmeal is also great for making desserts.
