Unique and fine texture, traditionally smoked over beech wood, prepared according to the original recipe of the old Gavrilović masters, they retain their juiciness and softness after cooking. This is a sausage made from finely chopped pork meat, made according to the traditional technology of the old masters, its composition is very similar to hot dogs and is prepared in the same way. It is thermally processed by drying, smoking and cooking. The spices are pleasantly balanced.
Safalada was considered a delicacy at the court of the Habsburg royal family, who admired its rich flavor and the refinement of its aromatic spices.
