A product of a ruddy color, with a characteristically mild and juicy taste and a delicate and soft structure. Prosciutto Dobro is produced from only two ingredients - pork leg that comes from exclusively fresh Slavonian pig meat and Adriatic salt, which we add in a minimal amount. Due to its high nutritional values, it is easy to digest and is recommended for consumption by everyone. Its unique taste requires only a little sea salt and a lot of time, so the ripening period lasts at least 400 days.
