Natural cultures of lactic acid bacteria (L.fermentum) - naturally isolated from breast milk. Breast milk contains various natural cultures that can vary from person to person. InstructionsPlease always follow the preparation instructions exactly when preparing meals. For each meal, boil fresh water and cool it to 40-50°C. 2. Add the required amount of cold or warm water to the cup. 3. Fill the measuring cup and level it to the brim. Add the recommended amount of measuring cups of powder (according to the table) to the bottle. 4. Close the bottle and shake vigorously. 5. Cool to about 37°C. Check the temperature!
