InstructionsMix flour, sugar, baking soda and KOTANYI gingerbread mixture, add eggs and honey and knead the dough. Cover with cling film and leave to rest for 1/2 hour, sprinkle the work surface with flour, roll out the dough and cut out biscuits. Place them on a baking paper lined baking sheet. Coat them with milk and bake at 175 ° C (air oven) for 7-8 minutes. TIP: To achieve the softness of gingerbread, leave them in a well-sealed dose for a few days.
