Storage conditionsKeep in a cool, dry place.
InstructionsAdd a bag of dry yeast, a teaspoon of salt and sugar and about a quarter of a liter of lukewarm water to 500g of smooth flour. Mix well and leave covered to stand in a warm place. Shape the pizza dough and place it in a baking dish that you have coated with oil. Cover with the filling of your choice, sprinkle with the Nadalina pizza spice mix and bake for about 12 minutes at 220°C.
