Instructions1. Preheat the oven to 220°C without fan or 200°C with fan (adjust the baking conditions to the characteristics of your oven). Arrange 8 molds on a baking sheet. 2. Pour the cake mix into a bowl and add 2 eggs and 2-3 tablespoons of warm water. Mix everything together with an electric mixer (at the highest speed) for 1 minute until you get a smooth dough. 3. Use a spoon to evenly distribute the dough so that the molds are filled almost to the top. 4. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Leave the baked lava muffins to cool for 5-10 minutes, remove from the molds onto plates and consume warm, while the contents of the middle of the cake are still creamy and extra chocolatey. Lava muffins can also be served chilled, the taste will still be extra chocolatey and irresistible. Tip: You can serve Lava muffins warm or cold with Dolcela Whipped Cream, ice cream, fresh fruit or fruit compote.
