President Dimsi is the pride of Croatian cheesemaking, a popular semi-hard full-fat cheese produced from cow's milk. It is refined with the aroma of beech wood smoke, which gives it a specific but moderate aroma and an attractive golden yellow color. Since 2005, President Dimsi has been in the company of a small number of cheeses bearing the Izvorno label.
