President Podravec is certainly Sirela's most popular semi-hard fat cow's milk cheese. It is distinctly yellow in color, has a slightly sour taste, and as the ripening progresses, it acquires a sweet note. Young or ripe, it is an indispensable part of a good sandwich and gourmet snacks, and thanks to its excellent solubility, it is often used in cooking in the preparation of sauces, pizzas, baked and gratin dishes. President Podravec has been labeled Original Croatian since 2005.
