InstructionsGyros For 2 servings: 600 g pork or chicken fillet, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 bag of KOTÁNYI Gyros mix, 2 red onions, 4 tablespoons black olives, 4 tablespoons peeled and chopped tomatoes. Preparation: Cut the meat into strips and season with KOTÁNYI Gyros mix and mix well. Cut the onion into rings. Fry the meat well in heated olive oil, stirring occasionally. Fry the onion cut into rings briefly. Mix the olives and chopped tomatoes and serve with the meat. Tip: serve with tzatziki sauce and fresh bread.
