InstructionsFor two people: add 250g sushi rice to 350ml cold water and bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes with the lid on. Turn off the heat but leave the lid open and let it sit for another 15 minutes. Important: Do not open the lid during these 15 minutes.
