InstructionsTo prepare oatmeal, add 50 g of oatmeal to 150 ml of water or milk and cook over low heat for 1 minute, or pour 50 g of oatmeal with 150 ml of boiled water or milk and let it stand for 3 minutes. If desired, add sweet or savory additives to improve the taste. Oatmeal can also be used raw as a breakfast cereal, to prepare shakes, can be added when baking bread, cakes and pancakes or as an addition to vegetable soups, meatballs and sauces.
