InstructionsSeason the dish with Vegeta Natur while cooking or before baking. One teaspoon (3 g) is sufficient for 250 ml of soup, sauce, i.e. 250 g of salad, pasta, rice and potato dishes. Sprinkle generously on both sides of meat and fish. There is no need to salt the dish.
