Vindija 'z Bregov Mascarpone is a fresh cheese with a rich, creamy texture and a full, mild milky flavor. It is ideal for preparing sweet desserts such as tiramisu, cheesecake or creamy sauces, as well as for enriching savory dishes. It is obtained from cream, without ripening and without the traditional coagulation process using rennet. This technique gives mascarpone an exceptionally smooth texture that is easy to combine with other ingredients in the kitchen. In addition to cream, it contains milk and butter, as well as natural milk proteins and emulsifiers.
