InstructionsWhile stirring in boiling salted water to which you have added a little butter or oil slowly add the polenta. Stir well and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. When cooking, the ratio of polenta and water is 1: 3 or 1: 4, depending on whether you want thicker or thinner polenta. For 1 person: 1 cup (125 ml) of polenta (90-100 g) and 3 or 4 cups of water (375/500 ml). Bag contents: In 1.8 l of water it is for 6-7 thick meals, in 2.4 l of water it is for 7-8 thinner meals. Enrich the polenta by replacing water or part of the water with milk. When the polenta starts to thicken, we recommend a teaspoon of olive oil or sunflower oil and cooked sliced vegetables (pumpkin, broccoli). You can add a little butter or sour cream and diced gorgonzola and bacon. You can bake the polenta prepared in this way in the oven. Polenta is a stand-alone dish or a side dish to meat or vegetable dishes. Store the prepared polenta in the refrigerator and consume within 1 day.
